tomorrow we open

SO we open the restaurant on friday the 30th of may we had what is called shakedown tonight it's where the whole location employees come to eat. we served two groups of 175 people we did well at least that's what we were told by our managers the weather here is starting to warm up and the snow is starting to melt. I've hiked about 10-15 miles since I got here. I've seen the lower and upper falls of the grand canyon of yellowstone. But I better get some sleep to be able to battle tomorrow

Gardiner Montana

I'm in my hotel room in Gardiner,Mt with mountains all around me with the yellowstone river running right along this quaint mountain town. It's a nice little town where everyone I've run into is nice. I'm just waiting around until tomorrow morning to start work

Well I made it after going through rainstorms spanning the state of Wyoming and also outrunning the twister producing storms that hit Colorado.

Tomorrow I'll be driving the last 300 and some odd miles to the north entrance of Yellowstone park. I didn't get to see a lot of sights today because of the storms but around the town of Casper I got a beautiful background of the mountains as I headed into town

Here It goes

So I just started this blog to share my adventures in yellowstone park up in Wyoming this summer. I'll be a cook up in the kitchen at Canyon Lodge Resort smack dab in the middle of Yellowstone.

I'm currently sitting at my parents home for a few days. I'll be leaving for Yellowstone Wednesday afternoon. The first night I'll be staying with my Grandma who I haven't seen in a few years. Then will drive through wyoming on the second day seeing the sites which will be updated later
